I wonder why we don't have many dissatisfied voices over the state of music in India. The Indipop era brought great music into our drawing rooms. Melody was the order of the day and sex did not sell because only good music was sought. The last decade has changed everything. Most of the pop music you see nowadays is remixed versions of the old greats... rest is Bollywood music... which really does not count... <br /><br />That is not to say that Bollywood music sucks... its just that it cant be called Indipop... I mean... when was the last time you looked forward to an Indian artist releasing an album or a single? These days all you get are compilations of playback singing from movies... <br /><br />But whenever I feel frustrated about things like this...
