P.S. A bit disturbing methinks… I basically came up with the last line first and wanted to make a story around it… Perhaps I got a little too creative… LoL…
I could see this one being more than a 55 fiction as well but I am pretty sure I would butcher it… and be forced to add a lot of unnecessary sleaze… but the gist is that the dude is pretending to be a retard… (Don’t ask why!... Maybe he is getting material for some aweome thesis or sumsuch…) and how he observes that the behavior of his erstwhile ‘peers’ is much different from the past (when they didn’t think him to be retarded)…
When you think about it… everyone acts different around different people… our true selves are often only revealed to those who (we think) are in no position to have any effect on our lives… i.e. the ones whom we perceive to be weak (Perhaps retarded?), or ones who are 'beneath us,' or simply those who are too far removed from our actual lives… so… that there is my social message for the day I guess…
